He sat down with my daughter and I, he explained the costs and why they would be what they were. We negotiated and ended up with a price we were satisfied with. His quality of work is excellent. His workmen are so considerate. I was just released from 2 months in the hospital and they were so quiet. When they were finished each day they cleaned up the place so well. It was as unintrusive as possible.
